Winning Big at the 2017 Consumer Choice Awards

Every year, the Consumer Choice Awards recognize business excellence and customer satisfaction among a variety of service providers across North America. In 2017, Creative Door Services was recognized for our fifth consecutive year as a Consumer Choice Award winner.

Consumer Choice Award-Winners can be found in 14 major metropolitan areas in Canada, from coast to coast. This year, it was our branches in Edmonton, AB and Winnipeg, MB that received the award in the Home category for their continued commitment to professionalism and providing superior customer service.

Award-winners go through a four-step selection process to identify the top-ranked service providers in each category of business: Automotive, Lifestyle, Home, and Construction. The process begins with a combination of hard data and online consumer reviews. Following those results, two surveys finalize the ranking of the nominated businesses. Ultimately, recipients of the award are selected by the communities they serve.

The awards, which aim to help consumers make better buying choices, are an achievement that Creative Door Services is proud of and works tirelessly towards each and every year. From streamlining our preventative maintenance programs to implementing annual customer service training sessions, our team is always striving to improve the way we do business.
