Security Grille with Visual Access

Our Wayne Dalton Model 600 rolling security grille provides enhanced security against unauthorized entry and theft. You can choose from aluminum, steel, or stainless steel and customize your grille with a variety of patterns and finishes. This model is constructed with vertical aluminum links and horizontal steel rods with spacer tubes and end links to ensure the grille cannot be pulled from its guides.

Our Wayne Dalton Model 600 also has an emergency egress option that provides a fail-safe, automatic opening to prevent entrapment in an emergency. Several customization options are available to accommodate special applications, including sloped bottom bars, curb cut-out bottom bars, and combination door mounts.

Compact Security Shutter for Theft Deterrence

Our Wayne Dalton Model 523 security shutter is an attractive and versatile security solution ideal for areas with low headroom and side room requirements. It features a compact design and interlocking slats that come pre-assembled for easy installation.

You can add slide bolts or cylinder locks to provide security against forced entry and theft. This model also offers both full-curtain and partial-curtain fenestration and perforation options to allow for visibility and air infiltration. It can fit openings up to 20 feet wide and 14 feet high and comes in four standard powder coat finishes and six wood grain powder coat finishes.

Rolling Service Door for Robust Security

Creative Door’s Wayne Dalton Model 800 is designed to meet the demanding needs of commercial and industrial applications like delivery warehouses. You can choose from galvanized or prime steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. This model has curved or flat-faced slats that provide a natural watershed to prevent corrosion.

Additionally, the Model 800 features a strong double-angle bottom bar designed for easy installation. It doesn’t require fasteners protruding into the guide openings, so the bottom bar doesn’t interfere with door operation. Moreover, you can upgrade this model with six-inch tall, curved slats in 18- or 14-gauge steel and an extra-secure, padlock-capable bottom bar embedded into a floor plate.

Finally, many Wayne Dalton shutters can be finished with anti-graffiti powder coating, available in approximately 200 RAL colours.

Counter Shutters

Designed for interior or exterior use, Wayne Dalton’s counter shutters feature rugged construction that provides maximum security. You can choose from counter shutters in steel, aluminum, stainless steel, as well as a variety of wood species.

• The Model 500 is designed for applications where openings require the shutter to rest on a sill. Operation mode options include lift-up, awning crank, and motor pro. A square hood cover encloses the curtain coil and counterbalance mechanism, giving it a tidy, professional appearance. This makes this model ideal for accounts payable windows and box offices. It’s available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with the option of a powder coat finish.

• The Model 530 is an attractive, handcrafted, rolling shutter made of hand-selected wood. It’s constructed of high-quality flat slats for a tight fit and enhanced esthetics. This model can fit openings up to 12 feet wide and 8 feet high, making it ideal for hotels, libraries, and offices. Red oak comes standard, but you can also choose from various wood species. You can choose to add an optional hood as well as cylinder locks to enhance security.
  
  
• The Model 560 is built for long-lasting good looks and performance. It comes ready to install, providing the utmost convenience and quality. The interlocking slats give an attractive and tight fit, while the end locks eliminate lateral movement. The shutter comes in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. It’s ideal for any number of applications, particularly in food service areas like concession stands.
